1 MR Ong Geok
Heong - Position 30 years.
Involvement
in the wood industry since 1965s. After gaining sufficient experience
in this industry operations, he branched out at the age of 30 to
form own saw milling business in 1970 under a soleprietorship namely
as Shim Hin Sdn. Bhd. The Company is also involved in the Trading
and Timber Treatment. In year 1979, his form a company name at Sim
Guan Timber Trading. In year 1984 his set up another Company namely
Kilang Papan Shim Foh Sdn. Bhd. to replace the previous Company
(Shim Hin Sdn. Bhd.)
In
year 1987, we set up is the former business entiry as Rubber Timber
(Melaka) Sdn. Bhd. which stared to involve into the Housing Project
doing Door & Window Frame, Solid Door, Wood works etc. Subsequently,
in year 1997, he ventures in Treatment & Kiln Dry Service.
Mr
Ong Geok Heong has more than 30 years of the experience in wood
industries. Today, he continues to play an effective role in the
strategis plans adopted and executed by the company.

Ms Ong Li Huie - Position 15 years
Elder
daughter of Mr Ong, Upon completion of studies in LCCI and 'A' Level
In Accounting, she joined as Director of Kilang Papan Shim Foh Sdn.
Bhd. in year 1987. Joined Rubber Timber (Melaka) Sdn. Bhd., and
currently her primary responsibilities include Finance and Administration
aspect of the company.
