1. Treated Timber

Treatment plant Rubber Wood and have a maximum annual production capacity of 12000 tons.

As the Rubber wood are cut into proper size and placed into an anti fungus mixing tank which is blender with Borax and Borax and Borac acid. This solution provides a coating for the Rubber wood which given it an additional protection from moisture perforation. Wood treatment is to chemically protect rubber wood from infliction of fanfus and insects prior to further processing them into other wood based products.

This step is compulsory for those product for export.

 

2. Kiln Dry

The importance of Drying Timber.
Green timber is unsuitable for any machining/ finishing it much be dried before it can be used to manufacture furniture, Joinery, Moulding, Handicrafts or other household goods. Timber dried under controlled conditions becomes more stable has improved durability against insect and fungal attack improved strength and most importantly improved machinery characteristics.

Kiln Drying is process which is undertaken to reduce the moisture content in Rubber wood & Tropical Wood.

To help enchance the strength and durability of wood furniture manufacturer. Our factory presently have 12 unit Kiln drying Chambers for capacity of 1200 tones per annual.

 

3. Moulding

- Made from Kiln Dry and chemically treated timber.
- Processed and profiled wood products.
- Planned and smoothened on the surface and sharpen.
- This project only about 5% of factory Product currently.

 

4. Finger Jointing Lamination Board

We have layout two production line, using semi-auto finger assembly line, hydraulic clamp carrier and wide-belt sanding machine. We have a maximum annual production capacity - furniture of 3600 m³ finger joint lamination board

 

5. Finished Production

We started this project since Jan-2000. Currently, one of our vendor is Ikea, which is buying outdoor furniture from us, we are also making some indoor dining table to U.S.A. Our capacity is about 20 numbers of 40' footer container per month. Our Material:

a) Rubber Wood
b) Acacia Wood
c) Bintangor Wood
These are the plantation woods which meets the environmental issue and eco friendly.
